DevGAMM Kiev 2013, international conference dedicated to mobile, social and online games

1300+ attendees, 370 companies and 60 speakers participated in DevGAMM Kiev 2013. That's an absolute record!

Palo Alto, California (PRWEB) December 19, 2013

Renatus Media LLC, the US based social and mobile game publisher which organized this year’s event, claims that DevGAMM smashed all previous records. It brought together 1300+ visitors, over 370 companies, and keynote speakers representing industry leaders such as Amanita Design, Rovio, Zeptolab, G5, Unity, Vkontakte and many more. All of the above definitely makes DevGAMM the biggest conference and the no.1 event for game developers in Eastern Europe!

Mark Watt, the president of Renatus Media, LLC, welcomed DevGAMM guests, “This year Renatus became the main organizer of this great conference, which was previously known as FlashGamm. It is already widely recognized as a leading social and mobile gaming conference in Eastern Europe. With over 700 gaming industry professionals attending each conference, we are committed to keeping what works best and adding some of our own Renatus magic. We are confident that DevGAMM will continue to provide you with great gaming insights and best practices. We're delighted to offer more keynote international speakers and bring forward the most important topics for game developers. Equally, DevGAMM is a unique event with a number of special formats such as Game Lynch and Speed Game Dating, check them out.”

Valeriya Mallayeva, DevGAMM’s managing director, pointed out another achievement: 145 games were submitted for the Game Contest, compared to a maximum of 100 at previous events! As a result, 23 awesome titles mostly created by ‘indie’ game developers were nominated for awards.

A totally new event section GAMM:Play was introduced at DevGAMM Kiev 2013. It provided developers with an opportunity to showcase their games in the exhibition zone and get live feedback from visitors. This new special format received very positive comments from both developers and publishers.

Some of the keynote speakers at DevGAMM shared their impressions:

“I’ve met lots of nice people here, good atmosphere – great conference altogether!” said Jakub Dvorský, creator of Machinarium and founder of Amanita Design studio.

“There’s a Vacancy Wall at DevGAMM behind my back now. Сool thing!” Eugene Yailenko from Zeptolab commented. “Two years ago I noticed a call for game designers from Zeptolab here. I shot them a message, and that’s how I got my current job”.

Renatus is happy to organize DevGAMM for everyone who loves games! See you very soon at our next event, DevGAMM Moscow 2014!
