RealManage announced today several client communities managed by its San Antonio branch received awards during the Community Association Institute San Antonio Chapter’s annual Holiday and Awards Gala. The panel of independent judges who voted on the communities submitted for consideration included:

  • Commissioner Wolverton, Guadalupe County
  • Stephanie Ferrante, Executive Director, CAI Houston
  • Susan Schopp, Director, Neighborhood Resource Center
  • Councilwoman Rebecca Viagran, District 3
  • Councilwoman Shirley Gonzales, District

Six community associations nominated for Community Association of the Year Awards for their specific size categories that received awards included:

  • Bridgewood HOA received the Community Association of the Year Award of Merit – Very Large Category
  • Steubing Ranch HOA received the Community Association of the Year Award of Merit – Very Large Category
  • Fossil Springs Ranch HOA received the award of Community Association of the Year – Grand Award – Large Category
  • Greenshire HOA received the Community Association of the Year Award of Merit - Large Category
  • Laurel Canyon Ranch received the award of Community Association of the Year – Grand Award - Medium Category
  • Regency Park received the award of Community Association of the Year – Grand Award – Small Category
