Maryland Heights CVB Presents Holiday Youth Clinics at Upper Limits
Maryland Heights, MO (PRWEB) December 17, 2013 -- Take fun and fitness to the next level with Upper Limits’ Holiday Youth Clinics at the Maryland Heights location. Learn all about the exciting world of rock climbing, how to properly use rock climbing gear, and how to keep safe while practicing indoors and outdoors.
Join Upper Limits for 2-day clinics this December and January. Clinics are available for climbers of all youth ages and experience l-evels. All clinics will be held from 1-4 p.m. Registration for the 2-day events are $45 for members and $55 for non-members per session.
Activities and lessons provided by Upper Limits include: an introduction to climbing equipment, an open climbing session with staff instructors, instruction on proper climbing techniques, rock climbing games, and other exciting team-building activities.
Participants need to arrive 10 minutes prior to class and come in comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. An Upper Limits Liability Waiver and Rules Agreement must be completed and signed by all participants or their parent or legal guardian before climbing session commences.
