Jaguar Freight Services, the industry leader in the design and operation of bespoke transportation and supply chain strategies announced on December 16, 2013 the appointment of Chikei Ho as Global Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr Ho, who will be based in Jaguar Freight’s London office, has more than 20 years of successful experience in international logistics, and brings strong language skills uniquely in two regions critical to the company, namely France and Asia.

Mr. Ho is a highly accomplished supply chain expert who has an exceptional track record of improving process efficiencies, adding automation, reducing overhead requirements, building teams, and who had significant success in running all of Jaguar’s operations for the APAC region. A native of Hong Kong and raised in France, Mr. Ho attended the Sorbonne and Normandy Business School, holds numerous industry professional certifications, and is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, French and English.
As COO, Mr. Ho will oversee Jaguar Freight’s global door-to-door freight solutions, featuring the company’s proprietary CyberChainTM Transportation Management System(TMS). He will provide further support to the transportation management system that coordinates every phase of the supply chain process, giving customers assurance that their transactions are fully transparent, operationally efficient and available through the FlashlightTM analytics module.
