CHMB announced that two seasoned healthcare professionals have joined the company as they continue to expand their leadership team. Phebe Jones, Director, Human Resources brings twenty-five years of experience along with Gina Bowden, Client Executive who brings sixteen years in the healthcare industry. CHMB serves thousands of health professionals with medical billing services, business analytic reporting and practice and health technology optimization services across the Unites States. CHMB’s long-time commitment of bringing the best talent of people together to deliver the highest quality of service and performance to its customers remains its highest priority.

As Director of Human Resources, Phebe Jones will have the responsibility of developing the strategic direction for employee retention and recruitment, educational and training curriculum, and oversight of Compliance and Employee Safety. In her former position as Director of HR and Occupational Health at Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego, she was responsible for 4000 employees at multiple sites through the county. She has built HR departments from the ground-up in start-up organizations to turning around existing HR departments which needed significant reorganization. Her fellow employees nominated their organization for the San Diego Work Place Excellence Awards sponsored by the San Diego Society for Human Resource Management - and they were awarded this honor twice under Jones tenure.

Gina Bowden, Client Executive will be responsible for strategic client management & retention across CHMB’s nationwide customer base. Her extensive background in client management, revenue cycle process, and payer relations will enhance communication between the company and clients by providing core financial report review, training augmentation and ongoing workflow optimization.
