This January, on Friday 24th, the Chefs at the hotel will welcoming the award winning Chef Indunil Upatissa who will be creating tantalising Indian treats for everyone to enjoy.

The Curry Chef of the Year, works alongside resident Chefs at different restaurants around the country to create award winning curry dishes to be enjoyed by all.

Indunil is a 3 time winner of Curry Chef of the year, and is renowned for his experimentation with ancient and traditional flavours and adding a contemporary twist to keep dishes fresh and modern.

Guests can enjoy the fantastic Indian cuisine cooked by The Curry Chef Of The Year Winner himself; by attending The Bridge Hotel’s curry night at The Boathouse Restaurant.
