The Curries will all be cooked and prepared by Indunil, a 3 time award winning curry chef who visits different restaurants and with the help of the resident Chef’s will create award winning Indian curry dishes.
The Curry Chef of the Year Winner is well known for his experimentation with traditional curry flavours and brings them into the modern day to create contemporary twists on old time Indian favourites.
To begin Indunil will prepare a feast of flavours, smells and aromas which will entice your appetite, the starters for the evening are;
• Yellow Lentil & Coriander Soup, Chilli Friend Whitebait, Paprika Mayonnaise Tandoori Pork Fillet, Mango Dressing, Smoked Chicken Samosa & Cucumber Raita
Indunil will then create an array of delicious curry dishes which will tantalise taste buds and arouse appetites, the mains include;
• Curry Of The British Pub Chef Award 2012 Winner - Ceylon Style Yellow Fish Curry, Salmon
• Indian Style Chana Saag, Chickpea & Spinach
• Curry Of The British Pub Chef Award Winner - Sri Lankan Style Black Lamb Curry
All of the curry dishes are served with fluffy pilau rice, naan bread, poppadum’s, pickled vegetables, tomato & onion seed chutney.
The award winning chef doesn’t stop at the savoury dishes as to round off the evening a delicious cooling dessert is set to follow after the fiery treats.
