Now in its fifth year, the list recognizes Chicagoland companies that have created atmospheres where Gen Y can thrive, with cleverbridge listed as #43.

Chicago employers qualified for the award by employing at least 10 employees, with at least 10 percent of their workforce comprised of Gen Y. Companies were first evaluated on company offerings and employee satisfaction in six categories: professional development opportunities, benefits, environment, company reputation, and culture and perks. The final score also reflects the enthusiasm of company leadership for Gen Y and the percentage of Gen Y employees. Brill Street defines Gen Y employees as those born between 1980 and 2000.
