More companies than ever before are purchasing enterprise content management (ECM) systems to capture and process documentation, yet only 19 % of these organizations have completed enterprise-wide rollouts according to a recent AIIM study. As part of its record revenue growth, Shamrock signed 32 new customers of all sizes and in various industries, including higher education, healthcare, financial services and engineering. The company also helped 16 existing customers extend their ECM projects to 800 new users across 43 different departments, including student financial services, accounts payable and human resources.
Services Shamrock provided included custom scripting that improved integration between the ECM suite and business applications such as ERP, HRM and student information systems. In addition, Shamrock used its recently released custom AP forms template, AP SmartForm, to deploy electronic forms faster than ever before for several customers. This was one of the complementary solutions Shamrock designed for users of Perceptive Software process and content management products. Another is the License Tracker, which makes it easy for administrators to manage user licenses across the organization.
Shamrock also helped companies upgrade to the latest version of their process and content management suites, performed server tune-ups and built new online user portals that improved customer engagement.
