The new café will be located on Bedford Drive, between Brighton Way and Santa Monica Blvd. In terms of the architecture and décor, the group has hired LA-Based designer William Emmerson, who is internationally known for his modern designs. The café will also feature custom-designed and built espresso machinery, a beautiful pastry case filled daily with freshly-baked goods, and an array of tasty sandwiches, crisp salads, seasonal fruit & breakfast selections. Hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, and closed on Sunday.
“We are looking forward to bringing Beverly Hills something fresh and exciting. We believe to be the very first third-wave coffee boutique in the area, and will be utilizing state of the art espresso equipment as well as single-origin offerings from select local rosters,” states Kevin Khalili, the CEO. “Additionally, we are proud to be able to provide the community with new options for breakfast, lunch, or simply a quick bite to eat.”
In a neighborhood stacked with local businesses and famous high-end fashion boutiques, Comoncy will embrace its surroundings not only by providing a fresh face to the coffee and food scene, but also offering delivery and professional catering services. Furthermore, its sustainably-based coffee program will be matched by its restaurant practices such as using energy-efficient appliances as well as recyclable menus & cutlery.
