The P. B. Bell companies has announced that they have closed on land to build Scape, a luxury community in Phoenix.

Located on the corner of 16th Street & Highland, Scape Modern Living will feature 244 units, in three and four story building configurations. The community is strategically located in close proximity to the Camelback Corridor as well as the prestigious Biltmore area, known for high-end office (Esplanade) and retail (Biltmore Fashion Park), a premiere resort, and historical luxury homes. The site is also less than 5 miles from Downtown Phoenix, the largest employment center in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area.

The design will allow for spacious one and two bedroom home options, featuring nine-foot ceilings, complete appliance packages including full-size washer and dryer, granite countertops, walk-in closets, balconies and more.
