SwitchRay Inc. Acquires The Rights To ALOE Systems Inc. VoIP Products
Mission Viejo, CA (PRWEB) December 31, 2013 -- SwitchRay Inc., a global leader in VoIP and other telecommunications solutions, announced today that is has recently acquired the rights to market and sell ALOE Systems Inc.’s VoIP products, including its Class 4 and Class 5 soft switches.
Existing software license agreements and associated maintenance and support services agreements have been assigned to SwitchRay, as of October 2013, pursuant to an agreement between ALOE and SwitchRay. ALOE Systems will continue as an authorized sales agent for SwitchRay. With a dedicated and experienced leadership team in place, customers will experience the same consistent customer service with an increase in allocated resources for support. Headquartered in Mission Viejo, California, SwitchRay serves approximately 500 customers in more than 32 countries with a staff of 150 employees.
