As 2013 sales come to a close, the master-planned community of Heritage in Wake Forest and Rolesville, NC expects a strong finish with projections for an active and growing first quarter 2014. There are currently 83 homes in various stages of construction available for sale with a year-to-date average sale-to-list price of 100%.

According to Triangle MLS data for November, the average days on market for home sales was 83 with a year to date average of 90. Heritage new homes sold in an average of 66 days, with an average of 77 year-to-date. Throughout the year price levels have remained approximately $100,000 above the market average.
