KDS would like to recognize Shane Raber and Matt Sanders for completing their Bachelor of Science in Project Management and Administration with a focus on Construction. Both individuals started with KDS in early 2012 in entry-level BIM QA/QC support roles. They both played integral roles in our laser scan/modeling projects, for a private client in the semiconductor industry. While attending school, they supported our Fab Sectoring project. They were responsible for re-orienting drawings to a specific coordinates and sectoring the files to construction sectors. As their experience grew they branched off in different directions within KDS. Shane went on to support a construction firm in QA/QC for Basebuild 3D content for a local Fab in Arizona. He used scan data from QA and fixed 3D models. Shane’s growing knowledge and experience has placed him as a team lead overseeing our 3D PSSS scope, with routing, field validating, and as-builting. Matt went on to support a private client in QA/QC for multiple local Fab’s. He also supported a construction firm with their tool de-install program. Matt is now engaged in supporting our 3D tool block initiative.
Matt & Shane once again teamed up to produce their senior Capstone project at ITT TECH. Whereby using their talents and some of KDS’s resources to laser scan and model their school which showcased today’s technology used in the workforce. Their project was a great success, which solidified a great relationship with ITT Tech, their Students, and KDS.
These two individuals have been a great addition to KDS. We are very proud of their accomplishments and are looking forward to their continued success here at KDS.
