Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) December 27, 2013 -- FisherBroyles advised the equity holders of Link Analytics LLC in the recently announced sale of their membership interest to KPMG LLP. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the near term and is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
