Davie, FL (PRWEB) December 23, 2013
Thermal Concepts has been awarded the contract for mechanical construction on the new Brickell CityCentre in downtown Miami. The contract includes all heating, air conditioning and ventilation for this huge and important project - and construction is already underway. Upon completion, the entire project will cost $1.05 billion and comprise 5.4 million square feet of mixed‐use development that includes office, residential, hotel, retail, entertainment space and underground parking.
Since being established by the Maurer family in 1983, Thermal Concepts’ mechanical experience and list of clients has grown steadily with the South Florida market. The company’s project portfolio currently includes high-rise condominiums, office towers, convention centers, government buildings, hotels, schools (K-12), universities, stadiums and healthcare facilities.
Larry Maurer, President of Thermal Concepts says the company’s accomplishments are the result of consistently following a simple business philosophy: “We provide our clients with the most efficient HVAC equipment to best fit their building needs, and we only employ expert staff and technicians to serve our clients”.
Jesse Maurer, Vice President of Thermal Concepts added, “We are very proud to be part of the Brickell CityCentre construction team. And although this is a huge and complex project, we will confidently build it with the same high level of attention and service that all of our clients trust us to deliver”.
