Bellagio, MGM Resorts International and Todd English Enterprises, are proud to announce that after further consultation, Olives’ tenure at the resort has been renewed.
Olives at Bellagio has served Todd English’s award-winning Mediterranean cuisine to a local and international audience for more than 15 years. Coupled with its privileged location overlooking the resort’s dancing fountains, the restaurant is renowned for offering its guests a magical dining experience, second-to-none on the Las Vegas Strip.
“Olives at Bellagio is one of my first restaurants,” explains Chef Todd English. “The restaurant and its staff have a special place in my heart, but we could not have reached this level of success and longevity had it not been for the support of Bellagio’s food and beverage team and MGM’s management.”
Olives at Bellagio is located within the Via Bellagio shopping promenade and is open daily for lunch from 11 am to 2:45 pm, and dinner from 5 pm to 10:30 pm. Reservations are suggested and available at 702-693-8865 or on OpenTable.
