Plainfield, Ill. (PRWEB) December 23, 2013
Spring-Green Lawn Care is pleased to announce GreenSeasons, an $8 million green industry company owned by Chris Casselberry, has added the local Spring-Green franchise to his portfolio. The landscape development, maintenance and pest control company, located in Baton Rouge, La., took advantage of an existing franchise seeking to retire to expand their service offering. GreenSeasons—a full service company offering landscaping services from design and maintenance to irrigation installation, Christmas decorations and pest control—will convert the lawn and tree care portion of their business to their Spring-Green franchise.
Casselberry, who purchased the Spring-Green business along with his wife Sheila, is a lifelong Baton Rouge resident and has been in the lawn care industry for over a decade. He sees the partnership with Spring-Green Lawn Care as an opportunity to expand service offerings and, ultimately, customer base. "We are very appreciative of the local Spring-Green franchise owner for building a solid reputation in the community, and we believe we can add our special ingredients to really expand our customer base in Baton Rouge and beyond,” said Casselberry.
“Joining Spring-Green gives us the opportunity expand our services to the residential market," Casselberry continued. "It is an area we have been looking to expand and, with Spring-Green we have the structure, systems and marketing to put it into action." Casselberry's Spring-Green business will initially serve the Baton Rouge metro area then branch out to North Shore and the entire New Orleans area.
"The reception we have received from existing green industry business owners seeking to diversify has been very positive,” said James Young, Spring-Green Lawn Care’s president. “The Casselberry family is the most recent example of aligning our opportunity with the right strategic partner, and our brand is very fortunate this already impressive, family-owned and operated company saw the value in joining our franchise system. It is a testament to our family first philosophy, and a clear indication the industry-leading marketing programs, purchasing power and overall support Spring-Green franchise provides brings immediate value to an existing green industry business. The mutual respect and long term vision of what we can build together helped bring it all together. Chris has a clear vision for what he wants to accomplish, and we look forward to be a big part of his family’s future.”
