Jenny Products, Inc. Introduces Its Single-Stage Service Vehicle Compressors
Somerset, Pennsylvania (PRWEB) December 23, 2013 -- Jenny Products, Inc., a long-time manufacturer of portable and stationary compressors, introduces its line of single-stage service vehicle compressors. The line features four models with 30-gallon air tanks standard (other air tank sizes and configurations are available) that have all been specifically designed, tested and proven to meet the demands of a multitude of users and applications including hydraulic service shops, equipment implement dealers, sealcoating facilities and construction professionals.
All models in the line are built with a heavy-duty, two-stage cast-iron compressor pump for long-lasting performance. These belt-driven compressors have a large flywheel for easy start-ups and extra cooling, and a directional air shroud helps further reduce pump temperatures. Special unloading valves on the compressors also assist in engine starting.
The most popular unit within the series is the GC11HGA-30T. Featuring a “GC-style” pump, this model is powered by an 11-horsepower Honda GX series OHV gasoline engine with a standard electric start and produces up to 18.3 CFM @ 125 PSI or 17.3 CFM @ 150 PSI for quick recovery. Also using a “GC” pump, the GC8HGA-30T is built with an 8-horsepower Honda GX engine and delivers up to 16 CFM @ 125 PSI or 14.9 CFM @ 150 PSI. The engine offers both a recoil and electric start.
Another model within the series, the K5HGA-30T, is powered by a 5-horsepower Honda GX series OHV gasoline engine and features the renowned “K” pump. Its engine starts with either a recoil or electric start and produces 8.6 CFM @125 PSI or 7.9 CFM @ 150 PSI.
A “J” pump is used in the line’s fourth model, the J11HGA-30T, which also runs on an 11-horsepower Honda GX engine and uses a standard electric start. It produces the most CFM of the models in the single-stage service vehicle line, with up to 20.9 CFM @ 125 PSI or 19.8 CFM @ 150 PSI.
Built to withstand the demands of any industry, all models come with numerous standard features to reduce maintenance and maximize uptime. A heavy-duty belt guard is totally enclosed within the machine, and all fittings are protectively mounted. Other standard protection and simplified maintenance features include a large canister intake filter with replaceable filter elements, pneumatic throttle idle control, a stainless-steel discharge hose, oil-sight glass, powder-coated ASME certified receivers, a tank gauge and a pressure release safety valve.
Additionally, splash lubrication with Jenny “Ultimate Blue” compressor-pump oil provides contractor-duty protection of the pistons, crankshaft, bearings, rings and cylinders. The single-stage service vehicle compressors also come with an optional lubricator and airline filter. Other engine and pressure options are available upon request.
