NanoMaterials Continues Its Marketing Efforts In Asia by Presenting In Two Major Conferences In India In February 2014: The NLGI In Chandigarh And The ASIATRIB In Agra
(PRWEB) December 27, 2013 -- NanoMaterials Ltd., the innovative nanotechnology lubricants company and a wholly owned subsidiary of the leading American company “Nanotech Industrial Solutions, Inc.” (NIS) continues its efforts to deepen its penetration into the Asian market. After a successful presentation of its NanoLub® range of Extreme Pressure (EP) Anti-Wear (AW) / Anti-Friction (AF) lubricant additives at the Automechanika Shanghai trade fare in December this year, NanoMaterials management and R&D team intends to present in two major conferences in India during February 2014.
India is not a new market for NanoMaterials, whose partners and clients in the country include such industry giants as “GODREJ," “TATA Steal," “Indian Oil,” and “Standard Greases."
The first major conference in India, to be attended by the NanoMaterials and NIS teams is the NLGI held in Chandigarh on Feb 2-4 2014. The Theme of the conference, “Lubricating Greases - Nanotechnology Applications," will serve as a perfect venue for presenting NanoMaterials GH-X grease additive, based on novel fullerene-like inorganic nanoparticles of tungsten disulfide (IF WS2). “We intend to show, how our patented nanoparticles, due to their controlled geometry, size and unique morphology, outperform platelet type particles in any application, reducing COF and wear up to 2.5 times and increases EP properties of grease up to 3 times,” said NIS’s Director of Technology Dr. George Diloyan, who is also scheduled to present a paper at the event.
Less than two weeks later, NanoMaterials team will host its own booth at the ASIATRIB-2014, held in Agra on Feb. 17-20, 2014 by the Tribology Society of India (TSI). “This conference will serve as a platform for presenting our new tribological dry coating product that is now ready to be tested by potential users: producers and maintenance providers of mechanical dynamic systems that work under friction. This can include automotive parts, bearings, bushings, cams and various factory lines,” said Dr. Ronen Kreizman, who headed the product development team and will be presenting the new coating product at the conference.
About NanoLub® Lubricant Additive Series
The NanoLub® series has received the prestigious Nano 50TM Award by Nanotech Briefs (publishers of NASA Tech Briefs) and it is the first successful commercial implementation of inorganic, multi-layered fullerene-shaped WS2 nanoparticles in lubricants, based on patented and award-winning technology developed at Weizmann Institute of Science.
Tests have shown that incorporating NanoMaterials’ inorganic lubricant additives into oil and grease formulations delivers a range of performance enhancements including:
• Significant wear reduction in contracting surfaces.
• Reduces friction.
• Reconditioning of existing wear damage.
• Enhanced energy and fuel efficiency.
• Reduced operating temperature.
These translate to significant cost and performance benefits such as lower energy consumption, extended effective operation of mechanisms, extended lubricant life, extended machinery life and reduced emissions.
