Zurple today announced its no Zurple complaints campaign. As part of the campaign, each department in the company generated a prioritized list of items that it believes will result in exceeding the expectations of every customer.

CEO Robert Schulte stated: "Our customers are everything to us. Exceeding the expectations of every customer is about mastering the details. For example, we know people prefer to reach people, not answering machines. Relative to most companies, Zurple does a great job already at providing immediate customer support. Now we are striving to be even better."

As part of the campaign, the total number of employees in the loyalty department will increase.
