Cortland NY (PRWEB) December 24, 2013

With the weather returning to winter in Upstate New York, people are lining up at Greek Peak Mountain Resort to get their share of the newly fallen snow. Today, guests were able to ski or snowboard for free from 8:30am-4:00pm when they brought in a non-perishable food item. They also became the first to try out the new Visions Express quad chairlift, as today marked its first day of operation. The chairlift is the only one of its kind in the area, and one of the principal new renovations that new owners Marc Stemerman and John Meier have brought to the resort.

“It is amazing to have our family home for the holidays and get to snowboard. We could not have asked for a better day.” –Syracuse, NY resident
