Earlier this month, the executive management team from Jurin Roofing Services gathered outside Philadelphia, PA, for a strategic planning retreat facilitated by Bill Sanford, leadership trainer at Bell Leadership Institute. Since 2004 Jurin Roofing Services has worked with the Bell Leadership Institute in their Chapel Hill Open-Enrollment Seminars, Leader’s Roundtable, and Train-the-Trainer Program.
The meeting was designed to help the Jurin Roofing leadership team determine the top goals and priorities for the company for 2014 and beyond. The management of Jurin Roofing believes that building a top quality company starts with building the leadership skills of the team members within the company.
