Earlier this month, the executive management team from Jurin Roofing Services gathered outside Philadelphia, PA, for a strategic planning retreat facilitated by Bill Sanford, leadership trainer at Bell Leadership Institute. Since 2004 Jurin Roofing Services has worked with the Bell Leadership Institute in their Chapel Hill Open-Enrollment Seminars, Leader’s Roundtable, and Train-the-Trainer Program.

The meeting was designed to help the Jurin Roofing leadership team determine the top goals and priorities for the company for 2014 and beyond.
