Lesa Miller is currently the General Manager of Tuscany Hills, a 1148 home master planned community located in Lake Elsinore California.
Lesa Miller received the award due to her exemplary work at Tuscany Hills in cost savings projects, specifically her work on water conservation efforts. Lesa Miller has saved the Community an average of $200,000 per year in water costs representing a 33% cost reduction.
