New Gaming Laptops Listed in the Online Notebook Buyer's Guide
(PRWEB) December 05, 2013 -- Several new powerful gaming laptops have just been added on Bizwaremagic.com, which runs a comprehensive online Notebook Buyer's Guide for its subscribers and visitors. This laptop guide is constantly being updated as new systems and models enter the marketplace. One of the most popular features of this guide has been the section on top-end high-performance gaming notebooks.
Latest additions include the ASUS ROG (Republic of Gamers) G750JH-DB71 which comes with the new Haswell 4th generation Intel Core i7-4700HQ 2.4GHz processor that can reach 3.4GHZ in Turbo. No gaming rig would be complete without a powerful dedicated graphics card, and the G750 has one of the highest performing GPUs at the moment - Nvidia GTX780M, which sports 4 gigs of GDDR5.
While the G750's 1TB hard drive is only 5400 rpm, this factor is off-set by an additional high speed 256GB (128GBx2) SSD which is configured in RAID 0 for accelerated gaming performance. The G750 also checks most of the boxes for a high quality system - 24GB of DDR3 ram, full HD (1920x1080) anti-glare 17.3-Inch display, Blu-Ray DVD combo. Plus, there is fast transfer of data with Intel's Thunderbolt technology which combines the PCI Express and Display Port to give 10Gbit per second which is basically twice the bandwidth of a USB 3.01 connection.
Lastly, as most gamers know, all of the above would be useless if the system didn't have an efficient cooling process, especially during very intense gaming sessions. That's where the ASUS G750 benefits from dual rear-venting fans that immediately removes heat from the laptop's core components and pushes it out the back, away from the user. This also reduces fan noise, especially during prolonged gaming.
Another new gaming notebook featured on the site is the Qosmio X70-AST3GX1 from Toshiba. It has similar features to the G750, but some marked differences such as the 3GB GDDR5 Nvidia GTX 770M graphics card instead of the GTX 780M with 4GB of ram. The Qosmio X70 has the Intel Core i7-4700MQ processor and runs the Windows 8.1 operating system. It has 32 gigs of DDR3L 1600MHz memory and also has the 256GB Solid State Drive plus the 1TB (5400 RPM) hard drive. It has rewritable Blu-ray and a full 1920x1080 17.3 widescreen display.
These two additions, as well as other less expensive gaming notebooks, have been added to the laptop guide on the Bizwaremagic.com site. Gaming technology changes at a blistering speed and new systems are constantly being offered to the waiting public. Gamers have to stay one step ahead if they want the best gaming system on the market.
