Midwest Quality Construction and Team 24-7 Realtors Join Forces in Remodel; Featured in YouTube Video
(PRWEB) June 30, 2013 -- Midwest Quality Construction and Team 24-7 Realtors teamed up to highlight a home remodel in the Southern Hills subdivision in Springfield, Missouri in a YouTube video. As the incredible video demonstrates, Shawn Kinnaird, owner of Midwest Quality Construction, was able to renovate a neglected and outdated house into a clean, updated home with the assistance of Kim Gaisford, a realtor with Team 24-7 Realtors.
Like many renovations that are seen on popular home remodeling cable shows, rooms were gutted, inspected, and put back together in a modern and more functional way. The kitchen and bathrooms are always an area to be updated since so much time is spent in these rooms. Metro Appliances & More assisted Gaisford in selecting a stainless steel appliance package for the kitchen, giving the home a modern feel. New light fixtures for the entire home were also chosen at the lighting showroom at Metro Appliances & More to replace outdated fixtures throughout the house.
Replacing old windows and doors is another energy efficient update that was done during the remodel. Meek’s Design Center helped choose new energy saving windows, exterior doors, and new hardware throughout the home. The benefits of purchasing new windows and also the variety of products available were highlighted in the video.
At the final reveal at the end of the video, the home’s new owners were ecstatic with the renovation. With the changes to the exterior and interior, the worn-out, dated dwelling was revived into a fresh and new place to make a home.
