Patra Launches Second Printing and Document Fulfillment Center
Novato, CA (PRWEB) June 30, 2013 -- Patra, the leading provider of remote processing services for the insuranace agency industry, has expanded its Print and Document Fulfillment Center capabilities by adding a new location in El Dorado Hills, CA. This new facility, in conjunction with the original Novato, CA location, has nearly doubled the capabilities and capacity of Patra’s printing and mailing services, in addition to adding return mail processing and other document fulfillment services. Patra’s original Print Shop opened in 2006 to print and mail insurance certificates clients. Since then, Patra has printed, processed and mailed tens of millions of pages on behalf of their clients, continually expanding with new services to accommodate the growing array of client requests.
Patra is the only insurance back-office processing provider with full-service, onshore printing, mailing and document processing capabilities.
Print and Mail Capabilities
The Print Shop mails both on-demand and renewal certificates, specializing in large renewals of over 1,000 holders. In addition to insurance certificates, the Patra is capable of printing a mailing a broad variety of insurance documents, including letters, reports, policies, brochures, and fliers.
In addition to printed mailings (envelopes, boxes & binders), Patra mails certificates, policies and other documents on CDs and flash drives, taking advantage of green, paperless options to deliver documents. These extended capabilities allows Patra to print branded benefit booklets, forms and packets to be delivered to account managers or directly to employees.
Post-Delivery Services
Patra’s Document Fulfillment Center’s role isn’t over once documetns are printed and mailed. Return mail processing services, allows Patra to scan each piece of returned mail and file the correct documentation within an agency’s management system. Depending on the agency's needs, holders can be updated and/or removed and addresses corrected within the system while delivering consolidated reports to the agency.
Scanning and Imaging
By investing in state-of-the-art scanning and imaging technology, Patra saves agencies time and money by scanning documents directly into an agency management system and alerting account managers when documents have been uploaded. In addition to imaging policies and organizing carrier notifications by client and policy, Patra's scanning technology convert producer notes and other hand-written pages to electronic documents.
