Before joining Frozen Fire, Spindler worked as a strategic marketing consultant with Chief Outsiders, and prior to that he had an extensive career as an enterprise executive, forming the sales and marketing consulting company BIZEXC, LLC in 2009. In 2007, as president and COO of OpenACircle, he achieved critical acclaim, winning Best in Show at Demo.com in 2008. Additionally, Spindler held executive positions with TelCom Training, InteCom and Nortel.
