MossWarner talks about why they chose Onehub, and continue to use Onehub, in recent case study.

The fact that we can protect certain folders and files within an entire workspace gives us a lot of control and flexibility. And the drag-and-drop feature to upload files is awesome—very easy to use.

Onehub, the online file sharing solution for businesses, recently published a case study showcasing their client MossWarner. The case study describes why MossWarner, the full-service marketing communications agency, chose Onehub, and continues to choose Onehub, over other online file sharing solutions such as or Sharefile.

MossWarner has been a Onehub customer since 2008. When they needed an online client portal for collaboration with colleagues and customers, they turned to Onehub. Like many communication firms, MossWarner deals with many types of large files including videos, print files, and more on a daily basis. Onehub’s historic ability to store large files securely was one of the main reasons why MossWarner chose Onehub. The case study explains that the new unlimited storage plans from Onehub provide MossWarner with the storage space that they need, which enables them to focus on their business instead of file maintenance and space shortages.

Other reasons that MossWarner chooses to stay with Onehub were because other products they looked at had either too many features that were too difficult to manage, or were simply an FTP/file storage area. Onehub also offered the ability to control file sharing in a secure way, along with an easy-to-use interface.

The case study explains that secure and controlled file sharing is incredibly important to MossWarner. These are primary reasons that they choose to continue using Onehub. Onehub gives MossWarner peace of mind with their unique user permissions settings that allow users to control what files are shared and with whom. MossWarner can ensure that their data stays private with Onehub’s tracking and admin notifications that shows them when files are viewed and edited.

“It takes us a few extra seconds to think about each posting,” says Marcy Kalina with MossWarner, “but the fact that we can protect certain folders and files within an entire workspace gives us a lot of control and flexibility. And the drag-and-drop feature to upload files is awesome—very easy to use.”

In the case study, MossWarner comments on how a client can create custom workspaces from in-house and external use. This allows them to isolate right of entry and improve the client experience. This means hundreds of employees, freelancers, customers and vendors can collaborate all over the world with Onehub’s hosted solution. Kalina stated, “I love how quickly we can set up custom client workspaces,” says Kalina. “It delights our clients to have their own area and provides special value to them.”
