Women’s Excellence in Bladder Control in Oakland County, Michigan Welcomes New Women’s Health Physical Therapist in July 2013; Accepting Most Insurance Plans
Oakland County, Michigan (PRWEB) July 02, 2013 -- On site physical therapy services are returning to Women’s Excellence in Bladder Control with the recent hire of Rinku Singh, MPT, WCS, Physical Therapist and Board Certified Women’s Specialist. Ms. Singh is a graduate of Albion College ’97 where she majored in Biology and received her Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2001 from Oakland University. Ms. Singh owns and practices at Lifespan Therapy and Wellness, LLC in Farmington Hills and the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan in Southfield as Senior Physical Therapist.
Ms. Singh plans on being available for Thursday appointments at Women’s Excellence in Bladder Control in Lake Orion. She is accepting female patients with orthopedic issues, pelvic floor issues, women having issues with pain during intercourse, urinary incontinence, musculoskeletal issues during pregnancy, and postpartum pelvic floor assessments. According to Ms. Singh, “It is so important to get women in for an evaluation after a vaginal delivery. I can really help them strengthen the pelvic floor and prevent urinary incontinence issues in the future.” Most private insurances are accepted, including Medicare, Blue Care Network, and HAP. Debbie Henry, NP-C, nurse practitioner at Women’s Excellence in Bladder Control added, “Having a physical therapist on-site is such a convenience for our patients. For those patients who have Medicaid insurance plans, we will continue to refer to McLaren in Clarkston and St. Joseph Mercy Oakland in Pontiac. No patient will be left without physical therapy services if needed."
Dr. Jonathan Zaidan, MD, FACOG, founder and physician at the Women’s Excellence Centers is very excited about his new hire, “I am pleased to offer our patients physical therapy services as a part of the comprehensive services we provide here at Women’s Excellence. We have found a highly qualified practitioner in Rinku Singh and I am confident that we are providing our patients with one of the best women’s health physical therapists in the area.” Rinku Singh, MPT, WCS, starts seeing patients at Women’s Excellence in Bladder Control on July 11th and will continue to see patients at that location on Thursdays.
