Samuel Scott Financial Group Named Best Places to Work in San Diego Two Years in a Row

This annual countywide survey identifies places of employment in San Diego that have benefited the county’s economy, workforce and businesses.
This great news comes just months after the boutique mortgage company was named the Best Mortgage Company in San Diego by readers of local publications for the seventh year in a row.

Winners of the Best Places to Work are determined by a two-part survey evaluating policies, practices, philosophy and systems followed by an employee survey to measure experience. Those chosen have successful practices including: rewarding hard-working employees, investing in employee training, offering wellness programs, and providing opportunities for team-building and social activities. This award goes to companies that have worked hard to create enjoyable environments for their employees.
