ENC Valet Parking Celebrates 2 Years with Max's Cafe
Sacramento, California (PRWEB) July 01, 2013 -- Independence Day marks 2 years that ENC Valet has provided valet parking services for Max's Cafe in Auburn California.
Max's Cafe called upon ENC Valet's expertise in the parking management and valet service industry, to help ease traffic issues. Max's Cafe, also known as Max's Opera House Cafe, is connected to the Holiday Inn. These two businesses started to have too much congestion due to all the events held on site coupled with the regular dinner and hotel traffic. ENC Valet was hired to direct traffic, valet park customers cars onsite and at offsite lots, managing a 150 car surface lot.
Finding a solution for the new influx of traffic at Max's Cafe was important. According to Eric Coombs, the owner of ENC Valet, "Many guests have commented on the service. One guest told me he had been coming to Max's for years. He replayed to me how he felt about the night. The valet opened his car door, in front of Max's. The waitress remembered his name from 8 months prior and what he ordered, and then we retrieved his car for him and smiled and waved goodbye. This gentlemen mentioned 'the valet service made me feel like a king.' That really struck home with me. At that point it truly made me understand a saying I've been hearing all my life. Sometimes it's the little things that count, and make the most difference."
