The Ultimate Travel Bag Brings Attention to Breast Cancer and Human Rights Awareness
Austin, TX (PRWEB) July 01, 2013 -- "I love using my M.J. Schiebe bag for travel! It's very sturdy, and roomy enough to fit a laptop, books, and other supplies. I love how the front pocket fits my iphone perfectly, so I don't need to rummage around for my phone. Overall, M.J. Schiebe bag is one of the most sturdy bags I have and it's definitely a talking piece!" is what Daisy Jing, host of Your Perfect Beauty has to say about her new travel companion. Daisy has been featured on Forbes, Huffington Post, StartupAmerica and Seventeen.com so she knows what she’s talking about when it comes to style and practicality.
From July 8th - August 8th, M.J. Schiebe travel bags will be donating 7% of all of their pink bag sales to the two non-profits. They are hoping to bring awareness to Komen Austin's local and global efforts to fight breast cancer. Seventy-five percent of the funds they raise for Komen Austin will help provide breast cancer screening, education and medical services as well as financial and emotional support in Central Texas, to improve the lives of everyone affected by this deadly disease. The remaining 25% will be entirely dedicated to research. Next to the federal government, Susan G. Komen is the largest funder of breast cancer research in the world.
M.J. Schiebe will also be highlighting the several opportunities available with GlobalGiving such as projects promoting the education of girls in underprivileged communities, Human Rights campaigns, fundraisers for medical supplies for refugees living in refugee camps and campaigns calling attention to Climate Change.
"I’m a huge advocate for promoting international development campaigns. I firmly believe that if more people got involved with their communities both locally and internationally and discovered their positive contributions, it would allow one to see daily life events from a completely different perspective. This is a huge component of the M.J. Schiebe personality and we strive to educate our customers about how giving back is just as adventurous as that next exotic location you’re traveling to" is what Megan Schiebe, CEO of M.J. Schiebe reiterates about their upcoming July campaign.
As part of their July awareness campaign, M.J. Schiebe has collaborated with New York based Advertising Agency, Fearless Media, LLC. Fearless specializes in transforming advertising from unwanted interruptions into integrated experiences consistently delivering on engagement and ROI.
