Central Florida Plastic Surgeon and Fat Grafting Pioneer Sends an Award-Winning Message to Breast Cancer Survivors

According to a University of Michigan Medical Center study, seven out of 10 women are unaware of their breast reconstruction options after a breast cancer diagnosis; the Bougainvillea Clinique and Hartog hope to change that.
