The online program consists of video tutorials, product documentation, and the ability to test your knowledge of the system through online courses. The training sessions walk the user through “how to best use and capitalize” on Matrix systems’ features and functionality.

Matrix University was designed with both new and advanced system users in mind. Clients will now have greater control and consistency over training for their teams, regardless of size and location. For example, a defined path of learning can be customized and established for all current and new employees. Additionally, Matrix University provides data points on actual training usage, i.e. a company can quickly identify which employees have, and have not, taken a training course as well as see a summary of their performance within each training module.
