Madico Window Films President David Fletcher Retires after 38 Years of Service
St Petersburg, FL (PRWEB) July 02, 2013 -- David Fletcher, President of Madico Window Films, will retire after 38 years in the film converting industry of which he spent the last 24 years in window films. Fletcher has been with Madico since 2010 and will officially retire on July 1, 2013.
Fletcher joined Madico with the acquisition of Solamatrix, Inc., a window film developer and manufacturer that was purchased by Madico, Inc. in 2010. Fletcher led the company from the initial start-up phase in 2008 to a profitable, successful company and was an instrumental player in brokering the deal that brought Solamatrix into the Madico family.

To maintain continuity and momentum throughout this transition, Vice President of Operations Shawn Kitchell will be promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, adding to his traditional manufacturing role information technology, human resources, research and development and finance and accounting. Kitchell will report to Bob Connelly. To support Kitchell with these new responsibilities, Melanie Kuklis will be promoted to Operations Manager. Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Jeffrey Plummer will continue to manage the worldwide sales, marketing and distribution for Madico Window Films and will also report directly to Bob Connelly.
