Since its inception MESC has grown to over 30 member schools representing the Unites States, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. MESC is dedicated to providing the mariner with a quality education experience that meets and in many cases exceeds the criteria the Coast Guard requires for schools offering approved courses.
