In addition, “Fame: One Direction,” a comic-book account of the group’s ascent from the English “X Factor” to the Olympics’ closing ceremony was recently introduced.
Recently, the band won the Best Live Act prize at the Silver Clef Awards. The artists, who were given a special global success award at the Brits this year, won a public vote over other top groups including Coldplay and The Rolling Stones. About 26,000 votes were cast in the awards, with One Direction taking a quarter of those.
