Hugh McBride, Marketing Content Team Leader for CRC Health Group, the nation’s largest network of addiction treatment and related behavioral health services, has been selected to present at the Eloqua Experience October 23-25, 2013 at San Francisco’s Hilton Union Square.
McBride’s presentation is titled “Using Eloqua to Refine How You Express Your Organization's Unique Value Proposition” and will use real-world examples of how CRC Health is utilizing Eloqua to determine which claims of value resonate most strongly with existing and potential customers on a national, regional, and local basis, and how they are applying lessons learned from this testing across marketing and sales efforts.
"At CRC Health Group, we have been using Eloqua to test and refine how to most effectively present our multiple claims of value to a diverse customer base," said McBride. "I intend to approach this issue from both a strategic and practical perspective. I will discuss how we identified the claims of value to test, how we set up several tests each with multiple phases and focused on a specific customer base, and how we interpreted the data that these tests yielded."
The Eloqua Experience is a three-day conference for "modern marketers" on strategy, thought leadership, and marketing technology. It is designed to give attendees actionable takeaways, with advice from marketing influencers, proven case studies and best practices, and hands-on experiences.
In addition to keynote addresses, attendees move freely between six tracks of session content on targeting, engagement, alignment, analytics, marketing technology, and social media, with over 66 sessions in all.

McBride has been with CRC Health since 2008, creating content for program websites, blogs and landing pages. He is a seasoned writer and editor, from long-form print journalism to formal speeches to quick-hitting interactive web content. Previously, he was a school teacher and instructor for the U.S. Army. He is a two-time Civilian Journalist of the Year by the U.S. Army Installation Management Agency Europe, and multiple recipient of the Major General Keith L. Ware Journalism Award Program.
