One million customers have joined SMS Masterminds' network of hyper-local loyalty and mobile marketing services.

The SMS Masterminds, a national full-service mobile and loyalty marketing agency, officially reached their one millionth customer in June 2013.

“I can remember in 2009 when people would argue that nobody would allow businesses to send messages to their mobile phones,” Masterminds CEO Alex Minicucci says. “I guess we answered that objection!”

Minicucci isn’t the only one grateful to prove doubters wrong. The Masterminds currently provides hyper-local loyalty and mobile marketing services in over 55 markets nationally, from California to New York, through its network of certified ‘Masterminds’. New markets have recently been launched in Oregon and Georgia, and all of them are giving local businesses access to ‘smart’ technology and full campaign management to help them identify and connect with their customers, the way they want to be communicated with, via text message.

Minicucci says his strong team and loyal clients are the secrets to his company’s success. “This is just the beginning,” he says. “We’ve got more positive momentum and a better market than we’ve ever had before.”
