New Lawsuit on Serious Injuries from DePuy Pinnacle Hip Implant: Now, AttorneyOne Can Provide Advice
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) July 04, 2013 -- AttorneyOne.com, a recognized authority on law, updated the website recently and they are now actively providing expert opinion in view of the recent news on DePuy Hip Replacement lawsuits and potential ASR Pinnacle Hip Recall lawsuit.
According to court documents, on May 28, an Iowa woman filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Texas, alleging she suffered serious injuries from her DePuy Pinnacle hip implant. In the lawsuit, the plaintiff claims that she was implanted with the DePuy Pinnacle hip in 2005 and, after complications, a revision surgery was required in 2013.
On May 24, US Judge J. Stephen Czuleger upheld the jury verdict on a lawsuit over DePuy’s ASR hip implants. As Bloomberg published on March 8, the jury ruled on whether the DePuy’s all-metal implants were defectively designed and awarded the plaintiff $8.3 million (case no. BC456086, California Superior Court).
Taking into consideration the latest developments, AttorneyOne.com updated the website and, now, can actively provide an expert opinion including how to get in contact with legal counsel easily and inexpensively in case of alleged DePuy Hip Replacement complications.
