Second Quarter Surge – Neal’s 2013 Sales Surpass All of 2011’s

Lakewood Ranch-based, new home builder, Neal Communities, breaks another company record in record time.

Neal Communities sold 77 homes in June, selling out several neighborhoods and marking more year to date sales than in all of 2011. From January through June of 2013, the Lakewood Ranch-based, new home building company sold 459 homes.

“Our team has worked extremely hard this year to help continue the record breaking sales success we have seen since January,” said David Hunihan, director of sales for Neal Communities. “Market conditions continue to be positive for home buyers. That plus our considerable variety of home products, great value, and inventory all contribute to our 2013 numbers,” said Hunihan.

Sales took place across sixteen communities from Manatee County to Lee County. Neal is now completely sold out in its Harborage community in Bradenton, in the 45’ home product at Belleisle in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch, the Silverwood section of the Lakewood Ranch Country Club, and in the Brickell Park section of Central Park at Lakewood Ranch. Only five homes remain at Sawgrass in Venice, and just three homes remain at Arlington Cove in Englewood.

Other notable numbers came in at Central Park with 17 sales, and Grand Palm in Venice with 10 sales. The master planned Venice community now has more than 100 homes sold since opening last fall. Villa Palmeras in Estero marked 10 sales after its recent grand opening in May and River’s Reach in Parrish had 10 sales.
