New York, NY (PRWEB) July 09, 2013 -- In an exclusive interview, Robert Reiss, the coauthor of the “Transformative CEO: Impact lessons from industry game changers”, and host of the nationally syndicated weekly radio show CEO Radio Show and The CEO Show, recently sat down with Russell Sarder, CEO of NetCom Learning and SarderTV to discuss his book and his thoughts on learning. The interview which is part of the database of SarderTV, includes a discussion on the book Robert Reiss co-wrote with Jeffery J. Fox, the author of How to Become a CEO, and Reiss’s philosophy on how CEO’s can share their wisdom with entrepreneurs, the business world and up and coming organizational management.

In the interview, Robert Reiss talks about what is meant by the term Transformative CEO, which he used as the title of his book. According to Reiss, transformative CEO’s are chief executive officers who have major accomplishments to their name, including reinventing a company, adding impetus to an industry or even reinvigorating the economy and society. His belief is that successful CEO’s can provide a unique insight for both personal and business success based on their experience and what they have learned from managing a major organization. The interviews that Robert includes in his book and in his show are limited to individuals that manage companies that have had a minimum of billion dollars in sales and that represent well known brands. According to Reiss, these CEO’s are eager to share their stories including both successes and failures with the public in an effort to help others gain success. In the video interview, Reiss tells some of the stories of the CEOs he has interviewed including a discussion of Arkahdi Kuhlmann, the former Chairman and President of Ing Direct, whom Reiss calls an American hero, Jay Walker of Priceline, Herb Kelleher of Southwest Airlines, and John Mackey of Whole Foods.
