Electronic patient statement delivery is now available from Aeroflow Healthcare. The solution works hand in hand with our print services and online pay solutions to offer an efficient and effective method to collect patient responsibility.
Electronic statements, or e-statements, are available to all Aeroflow Healthcare customers. The first step is to enroll to receive their statements online. This can be accomplished via self-signup or someone from our staff can set it up for customers during a point of service visit or call. After enrollment, any statement uploaded to our system for that customer will generate an email notification that they have an online statement waiting for them, behind login to the secure website. While viewing their statement, they will also be presented with the option to pay their balance online; all payments processed in this fashion will appear in the transaction details view.
If the customer does not read an electronically delivered e-statement within three days, an email reminder is sent automatically. If the online statement is still unread after seven days, the statement is printed on paper and mailed to the customer automatically.
