Take On the Challenge and Battle a Pokémon Expert at the Pokémon Adventure Tour Events
(PRWEB UK) 9 July 2013 -- Stock up on Poké Balls and get Pokédex at the ready as Pikachu and friends are coming to various towns during the Pokémon Adventure Tour this summer. Starting at Magic Summer Live in Guildford on the 13th July and ending at Bournemouth Air Festival on 1st September – the Pokémon Adventure Tour will bring the ultimate Pokémon experience to some of the UK’s biggest outdoor events.
The event will have three ‘zones’ aimed at battling, gaming and general fun as well as a Pokémon Training Centre and a lounge where gamers can kick back and watch some of their favourite Pokémon episodes. So whether people are fans of the games, the TV series or even if they're brand new to Pokémon, there’s something for everyone.
Pokémon Battle Zone
If people are Pokémon trainers and own Pokémon™ Black Version 2 or Pokémon™ White Version 2, they will want to bring their team with them on Nintendo DS, Nintendo DSi or Nintendo 3DS and head to the Pokémon Battle Zone. As well as being able to trade and battle with other Pokémon fans, gamers will also be able to challenge a Pokémon expert for the chance to win a prize.
Pokémon Game Zone
People don’t need to own a Pokémon game to play at the Pokémon Adventure Tour. In the Pokémon Game Zone gamers can sit back and play through a selection of games including Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity, Pokémon Conquest, Super Pokémon Rumble, Learn with Pokémon: Typing Adventure and Pokémon Dream Radar as well as the latest Pokémon Trading Card Game expansions.
Pokémon Fun Zone
There’s even more enjoyment to be had in the Pokémon Fun Zone, where people can have their face painted as a favourite Pokémon character, have their photo taken with Pikachu or even try to catch ‘em all in a Pokémon Grabber Machine filled with Pokémon plush toys.
Pokémon Training Centre
If people are new to Pokémon, then they can join the Pokémon Training Centre and learn everything they need to know about the characters. They will also get hints and tips to aid them on their adventure, including a master class on how to battle.
Pokémon Lounge
If people are fans of the Pokémon TV Show or want to know what all the fuss is about, then they should head to the Pokémon Lounge where they can sit back and enjoy some of the TV episodes from the Pokémon series.
The Pokémon Adventure Tour from Nintendo will kick off at Magic Summer Live on the 11th – 13th July at Stoke Park Guildford. Check Nintendo Facebook and Twitter channels for more details.
