Greenberg Traurig Represents Treetop in $85.25M Acquisition of Saxon Hall in Rego Park, Queens
New York (PRWEB) July 08, 2013 -- The international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP represented its client, Teaneck-based real estate company Treetop Development (Treetop), in the company’s $85.25 million purchase of Saxon Hall, a 16-story high-rise rental building located at 62-60 99th St. in Rego Park, Queens. The property has two ground floor commercial spaces and a garage. The deal was announced on July 1.
