Morristown, NJ (PRWEB) July 09, 2013 -- The Winston-Salem Open has partnered with SequentialT, a marketing and technology company that develops robust fan engagement platforms, to enhance the fan experience and capture data for the tournament, which is the final ATP tour stop before the U.S. Open. The program is currently being customized for the Winston-Salem Open and will launch before its beginning on August 18.
“We are thrilled to partner with the Winston-Salem Open on such an exciting program,” Peter Kraft, CEO of SequentialT, said. “The importance of fully engaging fans is critical to optimizing ticket sales, attendance and sponsor activations. We’re looking forward to a new level of fan engagement and data capture for the Winston-Salem Open.”
The program issues FanIDs (like a frequent flier number) to Winston-Salem Open fans, allowing them to engage and experience the tournament in a whole new way. Fans also will be able to “ticket-link” to their FanID, making them eligible for great prizes and perks from the Winston-Salem Open and its partners. Match predictions, social forums and connections are additional features that make the program a great experience for all tennis fans.
“This is a very exciting program for us,” Winston-Salem Open director Bill Oakes said. “We’re committed to maximizing the fan experience, and this program will help provide the level of engagement our fans have come to expect and deserve.”
SequentialT works with a wide range of sports teams and organizations to help them better engage fan relationships. For more information about SequentialT, contact Rebecca Wang at rwang(at)sequentialT(dot)com or visit sequentialT.com.
