Venetian Builders, Inc., Steps Up Marketing of Miami Patio Screen Enclosures, President Says Today
MIAMI, FL (PRWEB) July 09, 2013 -- Screen enclosure and sunroom installer Venetian Builders, Inc., is stepping up its marketing of Miami patio screens in 2013, President Chris Noe said today.
Screen rooms make a lot of sense for Miami homeowners, Noe said, because they increase the usefulness of patios and decks in the 4 season Miami climate.
“Screening is a really economical way to expand living space, in this case outdoor space,” Noe said. “Outdoor rooms are less expensive to build than indoor space, but with the Miami climate, they provide year-round use.”
Venetian, which is based in metro-Miami, is counting on increased sales leads from nine retail displays in Miami Home Depots to help the marketing effort, Noe said. Venetian placed retail displays in 41 South Florida Home Depot stores, including the Miami sites, in late 2012 and the first quarter of 2013, Noe said.
The displays are custom-fabricated by Venetian. They unfold to reveal 8 running feet of design and materials options, so they resemble miniature sunrooms and screen rooms, Noe said.
“So far this year in Miami-Dade, we have signed more residential contracts from retail leads than from Internet and word-of-mouth leads, our traditional sources,” Noe said. “That’s a first for us in any of our service areas.”
Venetian designs and installs sunrooms, patio covers and swimming pool screens in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, the Keys and all communities in between and nearby.
On patios, screen can be used on three sides and the ceiling or on three sides with a solid roof or pergola roof, Noe said. The fourth side typically is the solid wall of the house where the screen enclosure and its roof are attached, Noe said.
“With a solid roof, especially insulated roof panels, patio users are protected not only from insects but also from rain and sun,” Noe said. “Insulated panels also can discreetly carry power for ceiling fans, augmenting cooling. Ceiling lights can extend use into evening hours, with the screen keeping insects at bay.”
For privacy, homeowners can add aluminum lattice, Noe said.
Venetian also offers screen rooms engineered to convert to sunrooms with the addition of windows.
“For homeowners on a budget, conversion-capable screen rooms offer enjoyment now but allow them to move up to a sunroom when their budget allows,” Noe said.
Venetian offers no-cost at-home consultations with a visit by the Venetian mobile showroom. Free estimates are written and detailed.
