Celebrating 25 years in Howard County, Saval Foodservice was honored by The County Council of Howard County, Maryland, for their impressive accomplishments and twenty-fifth anniversary of their Elkridge facility. In business for over 80 years, Saval has continued to help their customers succeed by providing quality goods and consistently delivering on their promises.

Beginning as a small Baltimore-based grocery store in 1932, Saval has grown into Maryland’s largest independent broadline foodservice company, distributing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Richmond, Virginia. Over 200 people are employed between the Elkridge and Baltimore locations. Saval continually gives back to the community through its annual charity golf tournament and participates in the Maryland ProStart Culinary and Management Competition.
