CollisionMax Seeking Veterans in Cinnaminson, NJ Area for Its July Metal of Honor Project Award: A No-Cost Auto Body Repair
Trevose, PA (PRWEB) July 10, 2013 -- CollisionMax wants to give away a free auto body repair job a U.S. military service veteran in the Cinnaminson, N.J. area. That’s because its Metal of Honor Project moves to its Cinnaminson shop for the month of July.
The company is asking area residents to nominate veterans by going to its project web site, http://www.metalofhonorproject.com. The company is accepting nominations through Friday, July 26. The winner of the free repair will be announced the following week.
“This is our way of thanking and honoring the brave men and women of our armed forces, who put their lives on the line to preserve our freedom,” said Jim Tornetta, president of CollisionMax. “What we’re asking people to do is to identify the veterans near our shops whose vehicles need body repair,” he continued. “All we ask is that people give us a few words about their nominee’s story, including what his or her vehicle is and the work it needs.”
The project already has two winners: Joseph Sullivan, 81, a Korean War veteran from Hatboro, PA, and Christine Ware, 29, of Pitman, N.J. an Air Force veteran whose Air Force husband was killed in Iraq. The project is open to any veteran of the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines or Coast Guard whose vehicle needs body repair.
CollisionMax is selecting one award winner a month for each of the 11 auto body and glass repair shops it owns in the Delaware Valley. In New Jersey, CollisionMax operates shops in Blackwood, Cinnaminson, Glassboro, Marlton , Pennsauken, Sicklerville and Westmont. In Pennsylvania, it has repair centers in Oxford Valley, Warminster and two in Northeast Philadelphia (both on West Grant Avenue). The Cinnaminson shop is at 811 Route 130 South.
